Run a rated tournament yourself

Pairings, results, standings and printed sheets for any event in the district — a club league, a schools cup, an open, a rapid. Free, no licence, nothing to install. Results publish live as they are entered; only the Ratings Officer can rate an event.

Based on the FIDE system

Every player starts at 1200. Ratings update after each rated event using an Elo calculation with a K-factor that steps down as a player becomes established, and a monthly cap that prevents a single event from distorting a rating.

All district events count — including friendlies, derbies and arenas.
